30 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. If you have questions about our return policy and procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Free Delivery - Fully Insured
Free delivery on all orders. All jewellery is fully insured whilst in transit.

Design, Manufacture and Delivery Times
Selini jewellery is designed and made to order; manufacture time depends on the complexity of the piece, however most pieces are designed and made within 4 - 6 weeks. If you require something quickly please do not hesitate to contact us, we will do our very best to meet your needs

Payment Forms Accepted
We accept payment by credit / debit cards; wire transfer, cheque or bankers draft.

Conflict Diamonds
Selini has a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. We only purchase diamonds through highly respected suppliers, who like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process. Diamond Quality
All Selini diamonds are premium diamonds; we only sell diamonds which are graded with a cut and symmetry of 'Good' or higher.

Diamond Certification
Selini diamonds over 0.30 carats are certified by the HRD, GIA, IGI or EGL laboratories. All diamonds less than 0.30ct are a minimum of F colour VS Clarity.

Diamond Repair
Selini can repair damaged (chipped/cleaved) diamonds, please contact us for details.

Jewellery repair and refurbishment
If you have a damaged piece of jewellery please contact us, we have extensive experience in jewellery repair and specialise in refurbishment work.

Getting the Correct Ring Size
If you would like advice on getting the correct size or you would like us to send you a free ring sizer please contact us. If you are buying a ring and it's a surprise and you cannot find out the size, don't worry, we will make the ring to an average size and resize it afterwards. There is no charge for resizing.
Note: Some diamond set wedding and eternity rings cannot be resized, please contact us for more information.

Engraving
Internal and external ring engraving. Text, symbols, shapes and designs in a variety of styles can be engraved.
